Yeah, she's psycho. Yes, I know, she's still talking about me on mailing lists and message boards, even though it's been almost two years. Yeah, I know that she's making up all kinds of stuff.

She's sick. There's not much I can do about it. Fortunately, I'm not in the same country, so what she can do to me is limited. While she knew where my family lived (and, believe me, that *was* a source of concern), they have since moved, so that's no longer an issue.

There's nothing that Fran can do to physically harm me or mine. The only thing that the psycho can do is keep running her mouth. Eventually, it will come back and bite her in the ass. Maybe someone will decide that she really is a danger to society.

Either way, I'm not interested in what lies she's coming up with this week. I don't care how she rewrites history. She's sick. She's obsessed with me.

But I don't want to hear about it anymore. There's nothing that I can legally do about it. The people who know me know that Fran is making up a lot of lies. The people who don't? Well, if they believe her and fall for her psychopathic manipulation, that's their problem.

I don't want to be contacted when Fran starts running her fingers on some list. As the flakes at Witchcraft and Magic have proven, there's not a thing that can be done about it.

As much as I would like for that psycho to stop obsessing over me, it's not going to happen. So, please, don't tell me about what she's saying this week.

Now, damn it, Fran, you just couldn't leave me alone, could you. Now you have to run around to other groups trashing me behind my back. Not, of course, that it's a shock, because you've *never* had the balls to accuse me of hacking your site to my face.

This would have been posted to said Yahoogroup, but that whole thread has been deleted and I can't post there anymore. I suspect that Fran can't either, since she's the one who started all of this crap again.

I'll be the first to admit I was a coward. When they started threatening to sue my husband and I both for damaged, I cut and ran.

You should have been sued. You went to great lengths to defame both me and Drak.net. I see that, a year and a half later, you haven't stopped. *Is* taking you to court going to be the only way to stop it? The crap that you spread about me could have cost my husband his job.

I unsubscribed from any possible lists the leaders of the group might be on, I banned them from my LiveJournal, and I took the site down and redesigned it.

You didn't just take the site down and redesign it. Gwynn, who made your graphics for you, revoked his permission for you to use his work because of that fiasco. He didn't want to be associated with you, largely because of what you did to me.

I refused to answer any more of their allegations because I knew that nothing I said would make the difference; I'd already been judged guilty.

We all make mistakes, but I'm honest about mine. I've made some whoppers.

You're not terribly honest, Fran, because you're still accusing me of hacking your website, when I didn't have internet access because I was at my parents' house for a visit.

I got accused of all kinds of things because of my association with you. One of them was that I ran off to Florida to help you cover up your lies.

I eventually grew out of these behaviors; most people do. I like to think I've become a balanced individual capable of intelligent exchange of information.

None of these make me a threat to the pagan community or a "problematic pagan". They make me human.

I guess what I'm saying is, if I'm typical...anyone could become a target. That, in my opinion, defeats the purpose of protecting the pagan community.

I still believe that the community needs protecting from you. I'm not going to say any more on this, because I don't think it's a valid topic for the list. But you brought it up....

You all HAVE reassured me, however, that this behavior isn't typical of the pagan community at large.

Start lying about them behind their backs like you did me. Start accusing them of criminal wrong-doing like you did me. Do you still think that these people would support you? I found some stuff hidden away in a directory on the server this morning. This is stuff from when my site was on the now defunct-PaganVillages. Some of it is actually rather good. (The content, I mean, not the design. It's from three web designs ago.)

And, even better, it fits into the current content scheme of my site. So, yay. :)

I've got Movable Type installed on WarGoddess.net! And it even works!

I think I even did it with minimal hand-holding from Jon. At the very least, I did everything except the parts that required root access.

Do not email us again it is considered harassment. And for your info your
work is not on our site! It was removed quite a while ago. maybe you need to

Since they've decided to cry harassment and have already proven that they read my journal anyway, I'll just reply right here:

1.) It's not harassment to reply to a threatening message that you left me, but it *is* illegal to threaten to sue me without following through. It's called barratry. So, I fully expect to hear from your attorneys within the next week.

2.) *You* left *me* a message, which I *am* at liberty to reply to. That you left your email address in my guestbook would actually imply that you wish to receive a response.

3.) Maybe *you* need to check dates before you start threatening me. The livejournal post that you're throwing a tantrum about was written *before* you removed my work.

4.) I didn't have a screen shot of my work on your site, which I realized that I should have had after you threatened to sue me. Thank you *very* much for providing me with documentation that you *did*, in fact, steal my work and then remove it. This will make it very easy to get any law suit that you wish to bring against me dismissed, and make it very easy for me to win whatever countersuit I bring against you.

5.) I'm in Canada. So is my host. Good fucking luck trying to get my web site pulled for something that wasn't even written on my site.

6.) You have *just* guaranteed that I will tell *everyone* that I possibly can about how you stole my work and threatened me. Good job.

I'm having problems with the new design on WarGoddess.net

I can't figure out for the life of me how to get the color all to match up.

I can't figure out how to make the columns change lengths to fit the browser. This is a problem because when I do it in pixels for each page (which is what I'd been doing), what is perfect in IE 5.5 for Windows is just excessively too long in Mozilla.

I'm wondering if maybe breaking down the *really* long pages where this is a huge problem into smaller pages would be a good idea if all else fails.

Usually, when I get frustrated with something web-y, I go out and have a smoke.

I haven't had a smoke in five days because I've been sick, but after all that time, I don't see the point in smoking now.

Even if I did, though, the balcony door is frozen shut and it's currently -19C/-22F. I'm not willing to go and stand out in the cold in this weather, anyway.

I need to find something to do instead of smoke. I was whacking Cat's penguin, but I got frustrated with not being able to hit it any further than 350. :P So that went out the window, too.

The damned thieves have apparently locked down all their stolen goods. It requires a password to get in there now.

I don't care if they lock it down or not. I still want it *gone*. I can't find any info in their whois look up for who I can bitch to, but if I don't get proof that my material is gone, I'm going to have to find someone else to complain to.

Does bitching to their registrar do any good?

I'm sick, I feel like something that's been dead for three days, and I really don't have the patience for asshats who can't respect copyright.
